Features of the Show series
The Show series reflects the quality of Nenohi, but this series is lighter in weight and kinder to the wallet. Nenohi is somewhat mysterious about the type of steel they use, but we do know that the hardness is around 63 HRC. They themselves describe this steel as '' A-class Clad Stainless steel ''. So a core of high hardness, between 2 matt outer layers. The blade has been taken out a bit between the heel and the bolster, so you can hold the knife a bit higher, this provides even more control. The olive wood handle is finished with a mosaic pin. The handle is a natural product, so the structure / colors of the wood may differ slightly.

The Nenohi brand was founded in 1993 in Japan, basically because there was a high demand for western style stainless knives.
