When I asked Makoto san to make a series for us, he was immediately enthusiastic. Together we came up with silver steel. Makoto san did demand a double shinogi finish. Of course, that is Tadokoro's signature dish! A refined blade with the beautiful Tadokoro kanji on the hira. The power of simplicity.
