HADO Shiosai VG10

The Shiosai series by Hado was originally available in SG2, but is now also offered in VG10. Due to the series’ strong popularity, Hado has expanded it to include VG10, a slightly more forgiving steel compared to powdered steel.

To distinguish the VG10 line, the knife is finished with a subtle tsuchime (hammered) pattern. The blade is thinly ground, as you would expect from Hado, and comes fully finished with a wooden handle (available in mahogany or black/grey).

The Shiosai knives are perfect for anyone looking for a knife that is not only sharp, durable, and stylish, but also delivers excellent everyday performance in the kitchen.
