1. Pick-up and Delivery Service
For companies and restaurants, we offer a convenient pick-up and delivery service in the The Hague and Rotterdam region.
How does it work? We personally visit your kitchen to collect your knives. At the same time, we leave replacement knife sets so your team can continue working without interruption. We then take your knives to our workshop in The Hague, where they are sharpened. Within 3 working days, we return to your kitchen with your sharpened knives and collect the loan sets. We offer this service starting from 15 knives. Do you have fewer than 15 knives? In that case, we recommend dropping them off at our shop or sending them to us by post. 2. Sharpening Box
In addition to our pick-up and delivery service, we also offer a sharpening box. You can easily request a sharpening box by emailing [email protected], calling us, or sending a WhatsApp message to +31 70 390 2374.
You will receive a sturdy box at your restaurant via PostNL. Inside the box, you will find one or more replacement knife sets and a return shippinglabel. After receiving the box, remove the replacement knives from the knife roll and place your dull knives in the same roll. Carefully seal the box using the included tie-wraps and attach the return label clearly on the front. Then return the box to a PostNL parcel point within two working days. Please note that the shipping label is only valid for a limited number of working days.
Once we receive the sharpening box at our workshop, we will sharpen your knives within 3 working days. You will receive your own knives back, sharpened and ready to use, in the same box. After receiving your knives, return the box with the replacement knife sets to us in the same way.
When using the sharpening box, shipping costs are shared if you send 15 knives or more. If you send fewer than 15 knives, shipping costs are entirely at your own expense.
3. Sending Your Knives by Post
Unable to visit our shop or located further away? You can easily send your knives to us by post. This is also possible from abroad. Send us a message with the Track & Trace number and we'll keep an eye on the package.
Pack your knives in a sturdy box and ensure they are well protected during transport, for example in a knife roll, wrapped in newspaper, or bubble wrap. Fill the box with sufficient padding material to prevent movement. Always make sure the packaging is safe for both the courier and for us when opening it. Include a note with your name, address details, telephone number, and email address.

Upon receipt, we will sharpen your knives within 3 working days. You will receive a payment request by email, after which we will immediately return your knives to the provided address. Prefer to pay by invoice? Our administration can arrange this for you. For fewer than 15 knives, administrative costs will be charged.
4. Dropping Off Knives at Our Shop in The Hague
You are also welcome to personally drop off your knives at our shop in The Hague, located on Westvlietweg. We will ensure your knives are professionally sharpened in our workshop. Within a few working days, your knives will be ready for collection. For companies, chefs, and restaurants, we always have a loan set available so your work can continue while we sharpen your knives.
