Every knife by L’Artigiano di Scarperia passes entirely through the hands of the family behind this artisanal workshop. In their small workshop in Scarperia, Tuscany, the knives are still crafted according to centuries-old traditions, without the use of automated production lines. Here, everything revolves around craftsmanship, precision, and respect for history.

Using only high-quality materials and traditional techniques, L’Artigiano creates knives that are not only functionally outstanding, but also tell a story. Each design is based on historical models from the region and reflects the character of the Tuscan knife-making tradition.
