The new series with which Nenohi enters the market is called Nagi. The name refers to a sacred tree in Japan, found in the gardens of the Shinto shrines of Kumano Hayatama Taisha. This tree symbolizes the forging of strong relationships and the unbreakable bond between people.
The Nagi series uses nearly the same reliable steel as the Nenox S series. Each knife is largely handcrafted, with meticulous precision and careful inspection throughout the entire production process. The exact composition of the steel remains a closely guarded secret, much like a chef who never reveals his secret recipe.
