Thanks to the double-bevel grind with a high shinogi line, this knife is ground extremely thin and offers exceptional refinement at the cutting edge. Baba Hamono works exclusively with the finest craftsmen, meaning that at every stage a specialist is responsible, from forging to sharpening. Great attention is also given to the handle. The handle is made of cherry wood, also known as “Sakura,” which gives the knife a calm yet luxurious appearance.
