The strip is crafted from solid oak wood and inlaid with high-quality cowhide leather. Because the leather layer is slightly thicker, the knives do not come into direct contact with the wood. This provides optimal protection and helps prevent scratches on the blade.

30 cm, suitable for approximately 5 chef’s knives
40 cm, suitable for approximately 8 chef’s knives
