Features of Bendi Vegetabletool

Developed by award-winning chef Filip August Bendi and used during his performance at the Bocuse d'Or 2023, this cutting tool allows you to create precise vegetable rings using angled cuts. The set includes a stainless steel cutter and a matching plastic plunger. The vegetable cutter is dishwasher safe, but handwashing with mild cleaning agents is recommended to prolong its lifespan.
