ROOIJ Grey WA handle series

I have asked our knifemaker to design a VG10 with Japanese octagonal handle for us and the result is stunning. A 33 layered suminagashi blade with a grey octagonal Japanese handle. A laser cut blade, then thinned by hand, which results in a leightweighted knife with great cutting characteristics. The grey handle gives the knife a sober look, it is a little havier then other octagonal handles in our shop, but this will benefit the ideal balance point of the knife: right on the bolster.
