ROOIJ VG5 Western handle series

Completely made in Seki Japan, sharpened and finished by Mr. Tsukahara. A core of VG5, this type of steel is easy to maintain and excels at maintaining sharpness. The outer two lightly hammered outer layers are made of stainless steel.
