Together with Sakai Takayuki, we organized a major event last month (April 2026). Takahiro Aoki, president of Sakai Takayuki, attended the event to celebrate 10 years of Takayuki x Rangelrooij. During the event, Michiko Kubota, one of Japan’s finest hand engravers, took center stage.
Understanding that not everyone could attend this special event, Michiko decided to leave behind a number of unique knives especially for those enthusiasts. Exclusive Gyutos engraved with both the Sakai Takayuki kanji and the Takayuki x Rangelrooij engraving.
