Misuzu Hamono located in Miki city, Japan has been well known as the first Chefs knife workshop introduced knives with the structure of High carbon steel core Stainless clads in 1946 in Japan by its founder Mr.Suzuki Shinji. The special structure of the knives can keep the edge extremely sharp while protect the blades from the corrosion with stainless body.
Mr.Miyawaki, the third generation of Misuzu Hamono in his 50s has spent his apprenticeship in well known Cutlery city of Sakai till 2005, and became the chief artisan of Misuzu Hamono in 2006.
