Sending Your Knives for Sharpening? No Problem!

Do you live outside our region or are you unable to visit us in person? You can easily send your knives to us by post. Here's how it works:

1. Pack Your Knives Safely

Use a sturdy box.

Wrap each knife securely to prevent damage during transport. You can use a kniferoll, newspaper, or bubble wrap.

Fill the box with cushioning material (such as crumpled paper, bubble wrap, or towels) to keep the knives from shifting during transport.

Ensure the packaging is safe for the delivery service and for us when opening it.

2. Include Your Contact Information

Place a note in the box with the following details:

Name

Address

Phone number

Email address

3. Send the Package to:

4. What Happens Next?

Once we receive your package, your knives will be sharpened within 1 to 2 business days.

You will receive a payment request via email.

Your sharpened knives will then be sent back to the address you provided.

Note: If you prefer to pay by invoice (e.g. as a business), our administration will send you one.
For orders with fewer than 15 knives, an administration fee will apply.

Alternative: Bring your knives and return by parcel post

You can also bring your knives to us yourself and we'll return them by mail.
