Every knife created here goes through the hands of the family company L'Artigiano. Thanks to old techniques, without automated machines, the knives are handmade in the small workshop in Scarperia according to tradition and history. Starting points are craft, craftsmanship and use of high-quality materials. Each knife tells its own story and has its own specific design, based on historical models from the region.
