OEM SLD

The OEM SLD series is ideal for chefs who are looking for the performance of carbon steel without wanting to deal with its drawbacks. This hybrid steel is a high-carbon, semi-stainless steel. It contains chromium, but not enough to be officially classified as stainless steel. Because of the lower chromium content, additional carbon is added, which increases the hardness of the steel.

Over time, the blade will develop a very light patina.
