This set of three knives is perfect for any cheese lover. The knives feature forged stainless steel blades and horn handles.
The left knife is also forged from stainless steel and is suitable for semi-hard cheeses. Thanks to the forked tips on the blade, you can easily pick up and serve slices of cheese.
The middle knife is ideal for cutting soft cheeses: brie, camembert, cream cheese, and young goat cheese.
The right knife is specially designed for hard cheeses with a thick rind, such as Parmesan.

This small family business in the heart of Tuscany makes knives in their small workshop in Scarperia, in a traditional way, based on historic regional models. Craftmanship combined with modern techniques and the use of natral materials like: horn and differnt kinds of wood.
