OEM Gin-san

Gin-san is what we like to call a hybrid steel, produced by Hitachi Steel, a manufacturer best known for Aogami and Shirogami (Blue and White Paper Steel). These steels are renowned for their high purity and overall quality. To compete in the stainless steel market, Hitachi developed Gin-san.

Gin-san is a semi-stainless steel that performs like carbon steel but without the associated drawbacks. It is widely regarded as an excellent alternative to the well-known VG10 steel.
